Everything Everywhere All at Once follows Evelyn, a stressed laundromat owner facing an IRS audit, who discovers she must connect with versions of herself from parallel universes to save the multiverse from a powerful threat. She harnesses diverse skills from her other lives to engage in martial arts and confront cosmic dangers, while also navigating complex family relationships and confronting her own life's regrets and disappointments. The film is a blend of sci-fi action, family drama, and absurdist comedy that explores themes of generational trauma, connection, and finding meaning in the chaos of modern life.
